Our Senior Lead Officer, Tracy Hauter, has asked that we watch out for a dark male Hispanic or a dark male African American with a pock-marked complexion, wearing a beige coat, with a black hoodie underneath.
This suspect is riding a black bicycle in our neighborhood and looking into parked vehicles on the street. If you see this person, call our Senior Lead Officer, Tracy Hauter, immediately at (323) 387-9617.
